Where did you see our advert?

We require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the holiday to secure the booking. The balance is due 28 days before arrival date. If you cancel the booking within the 28 day period prior to your holiday, the full balance will become payable by you, unless we are able to re-let the cottage for that period.
